Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

Tupelo Rose Candle Boutique offers efficient and low cost domestic delivery within the United States via USPS. We will ship your package as economically as possible. Domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. All orders placed during the business week are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.


Orders made over the weekend will ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number once a shipping label is created.


Tracking: 

You can trace the status of delivery with the tracking number automatically
emailed to you after the order ships via USPS.

*Local sales tax will be charged on all U.S. orders (where applicable).


Returns/Refunds:


We gladly accept returns within 1 week of delivery ONLY if the item is damaged or defective. 

All sales are final. Returns will either be replaced with a new product or store credit. Please contact us via email to process a return. Because we are a small company, we cannot modify or cancel orders after payment confirmation.


Lost Packages:


If you have received a delivery confirmation from the USPS but have not physically received the package, please contact the delivery carrier to process a missing/lost package claim for a full refund of your order and shipping fees from the delivery carrier. 


Once we send your package, we have no control over how or when the package is delivered. The package may be lost, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen.  Please use your tracking number and proof of purchase to file a claim with USPS.
